That’s after it already reverse split by 3. And reverse split by 80 before that.
It’s simple math: if you purchased 2,000 shares a year ago, you’re left with less than one share after August 19, 2024 reverse split. Since less than one share is worthless, it is automatically cashed out. This results in a TOTAL loss.
