Dont get emotional or you will buy when the price is too high and sell too low. Be cool. Dont invest your rent or mortgage mone…be sure its money that doesn’t put food on the table or the roof over your head. Do due diligence and have some kind of idea of what you are getting into. Dont blindly follow everyone else but certainly watch and be aware of what people are doing.
