LloydC : Well, if this is the route PM is headed, they’ll not likely sign a contract, for replacement parts for the 16.4M IQOS units on the market.  HCMC may be getting a lump sum payment and the possibility of up to 16.4M customers, when people need certain replacement parts for their equipment.

LloydC DisneyDad : This is actually one of the reasons that some individuals called for placing sell orders on these particular stocks.  If you have a sale order placed, the shares in question can not be lent.  It ties up the system, the shorts have to find available stocks, to reopen positions with.  I’m not sure how much that would actually help, but the short seller’s should have know better than go that deep.

LloydC : It also helps that they’re not the only ones claiming patent infringement against Phillip Morris.  RJ Reynolds has filed as well, over a different aspect of the same product.  I do not believe the RJ and the HCMC suits have any ties to each other.

LloydC : Dealing with OTC, you might look at MINE.  They deal with “magic mushrooms” and are trying to be a big player in the psilocybin market.  It’s dirt dirt cheap atm
