Very simple and effective strategy, Get the average of last 90 days candles price range, means if on an average price is moving $5 per day in 90 days average means your today's profit Target should not be above $5 and should be in between this range and same for booking your loss. This is the safest strategy because price doesn't move 30% and 40% everyday that's a once in a while scenario.

since the market has started a downturn i have been getting options and going long on the VIX, the VIX has an inverse or opposite running pattern than the S&P 500 so if the market is down the vix is up if the market is up the vix is down.
