CPI stands for Consumer Price Index, which refers to the consumer price index.
The Consumer Price Index is an indicator that measures the price fluctuations of goods and services that ordinary consumers purchase on a daily basis.
The CPI is published monthly by the American Department of Labor.
The CPI is used as an important indicator to measure the inflation rate in America, and is utilized to determine financial policy decisions and the economic trends.
The CPI consists of approximately 200 types of items.
These items are selected based on the structure of household expenditures, covering all necessary goods and services for life such as clothing, food, housing, transportation, education, medical expenses, etc.
Why is it important?
The FRB aims to restrain the inflation rate at 2%. Therefore, if the CPI exceeds expectations, the FRB is likely to move towards additional rate hikes.
Specifically, the FRB attempts to suppress inflation by raising the policy interest rate.
As the policy interest rate increases, the cost of borrowing rises, leading to an increased risk of economic recession.
On the other hand, if the CPI falls below expectations, the FRB may ease interest rate hikes...

Calling for investment from the people
I am only filled with anger towards the Liberal Democratic Party, which puts someone advocating for austerity and tax increase policies as the leader.
It is now an act of fraud by the state.
I will never vote for the Liberal Democratic Party again under any circumstances!
