Mickey1689 : It's normal as all the ipo oversubscribed many times. Hope this information help you. There is ipo tier. In your case, you can put rm1769 for 6100 unit  at tier 7. The next tier is rm3219 for 11100 unit. Basically you put 9000 unit if u r selected it is same as allocation with those who put 6100 unit. So your extra money can go other ipo, etc. U can get this tier calculator from isaham, or mahersaham

Mickey1689 Y003 : Yes. If you use mahersaham calculator it will show the chances rate to get the ipo. If you put 1mil you have high chance get the ipo but the allocation is like most 50k share etc. In short it's about 2-3% profit of your 1 million assuming the price double. It is just the basket for draw and it is their collected data. If you are going to use so much money to buy you  can up or down your tier to be more favourable.  You also can collect your own statistic by getting the ballot result

The later have the percentage of chance for different tier and the minimum amount per tier. It is a guide after all the data they collected. If you are bumi,.. You can try to apply through miti which have higher chance. If you don't get at miti you can try at public offering. But I'm not sure if you got from miti whether you can apply through pulblic offering again. Since I'm not bumi so didn't go find out. If in doubt can always call up bursa to enquiry.
