Money Makin Mikey : How do you increase your disposable income/cash beyond your monthly salary?
The obvious answer is a side hustle, but not just any side hustle. If anyone has ever read  ( I'm sure plenty have... if not, it's a must read!) "The Four Hour Workweek," Tim Ferris actually calls them "Muses."
These side hustles are like works of art and the artistic skill comes from designing them with the end, a very specific end, in mind. That end is for this endeavor of yours to require as little of your time as possible to run and be profitable.
I know you're reading this and thinking, " So, he's just going to say, "get a side hustle," No shit Sherlock. Well, you could do something boring like find some high yield dividend stocks, buy a single family home and rent it out ( & make no money if it's only 1), or create a new budget.
ALL of those kinda suck.
With a meaningful side hustle, there is always the possibility that it really takes off and becomes the main source of income. It's challenging and unlike buying a house, there are 1,000's of hustles that you can start for under $500... even $100!
Confession time: I have a very checkered past. I've been to prison and I got mixed up with drugs really bad. Being a convicted felon, Goldman & Sachs was out the window.
I started a lead generation business... I create lots of Google My Business listings pretending to be a tree removal company, a roofing company, a towing service, I even pretend that I'm a criminal defense attorney. I forward every call I generate to a real company that I've already made a deal with, and they pay me a set amount per call. Some calls are $10 each, some are $220 each!
I have no need for a traditional job ever again!
