I've worked with people who have had tremendous financial success, but the most successful people often have amazing personality similarities. Here are my 8 most common traits when working with the most successful people...
1. Unwavering determination. It is often humble and doesn't make loud noises. It's like a tiger hunting and that tiger is hungry. You won't stop it, it just keeps moving forward. No matter what anyone says or does, it will be resilient... this will happen.
2. Unwavering confidence. It may feel “unrealistic” to others, but they have a clear and definite sense of what they know and believe, believing that these things are real and possible. They are very comfortable with it and are convinced of what they see and what they can do. This confidence is contagious — and you will believe it.
3. Resilient and optimistic. They believe there is always a way to win, a solution, and a way forward... and they execute it that way. That's not to say they won't get hit or angry... it's that they won't be discouraged. They get depressed sometimes, but they don't stay depressed all the time.
4. A clear vision. The vision is focused and clear, but the path to achieving it can change. This vision usually motivates others to follow them, as well as their opponents. They have tolerance for new ideas/new paths, but completely intolerant of those who aren't in line with their ultimate goal.
