The new rules stipulates that if you do a combine 1 to 250 reverse split in a period of 2 years, you will be delisted if you become not compliant again after breaking that rule. So once they do a rs soon enough they will be delisted instantly has they go under 1 $ again. They wont be able to relist under that name. Therefore they will change their name and resume the scam. Stay away from this stock even for daytrading. There is better options out there.
