How is interest calc for this case?

I m trying to apply this 30days 3% coupon with 10k fresh fund. Not sure is my calculate correct as 3%pa of 10k is 300 then divide by 12mths is $25 but the coupon 30 days which is equivalent to a month interest is only $12.32 which is slightly less than 1.5% is my calculation off?

Which coupons better?

$Fullerton SGD Cash Fund (SG9999005961.MF)$ #1. 10 days x 10% or #2. 3 days x 20%? which do you prefer? With 1 day delay for top up and 2 days for redemption (3 days total), option #1 gives you 100% in 13 days. Option #2 gives you 60% in 6 days. So Option 2 is better correct?
