$Syros Pharmaceuticals (SYRS.US)$ Fired 94% of employee, meaning only left 4 employee to operate the compny. No different with compny under bankruptcy.

I'm wondering if Oxford Finance will demand immediate payment on the loan or if they will give some support by negotiating the loan? I don't know much. How likely are the odds on these 2?

$Archer Daniels Midland (ADM.US)$ If CFO is clean, they won’t make is public. As a global company, financial data must be in software and and be pulled by any authorized people. That means investigation can be done secretly by the board.

Nyx : Having to pay the default on the loan was a heavy blow. The only way they could have recovered was if they managed to secure another loan before having to pay it. Cutting their cash flow and firing most of the staff when no significant project is in progress is no different from shutting down the research. Is this even worth anything now?
