I read about Tesla and all the bad, all the good, but it seems  like the market follows rumors and feelings versus fact.  Elon Is a unique man.  But,  When nothing has happened of note to the vehicle production, the stock will dive because of what's in news rag publications.  it's hard to factor in public sentiments to all the other real information.

Actually, both could be true in a sense, just which will come first.. For example, positive news could drive prices up for a short instance and then once the hibe dies down, then it starts to follow the technicals. For me I would rather follow technicals as first priority as news tend to be very short lived.
