Hello Mooers!
In today's discussion, I would like to try helping one of my cutest $Futu Holdings Ltd (FUTU.US)$ MooMoo supporters, @soyabean89 , to answer his question, that is, which REIT types have better chances to Huat Big Big, which he posted as a comment in one of my posts. Mooers can access that post by clicking the link below.

Dividend stocks exist both in our SG and US markets. However, due to taxation on the US market, getting dividend stocks on the SG market is more profitable. Dividends are really a great way to earn honest free money, even though it is not a lot. One kind of such stocks are the bank stocks like $DBS Group Holdings (D05.SG)$, $UOB (U11.SG)$ and $OCBC Bank (O39.SG)$ . MAS had recently lifted the dividend cap on bank stocks which means more money for everyone who bought. However, do take note of the dates you need to buy in! (eg. Ex Dividend Date - if you buy on this date or after, you will not get any dividends!)
One tip I can give is to buy the stock way before the dividend giving period. During this period, the stock will rise due to demand and after the ex dividend date, the stock will dip a lot. As a result, you will lose more to the dip than what you earn from the dividends. Also, dividend stocks are for the long term steady income of dividends.
(PS. I am still a beginner trader. Let me know your opinions!)

$Meta Platforms (FB.US)$
Congrats to everyone who bought meta last week! Bullish price actions! Let's hope this goes on and close out this week then it will only mean my technical analysis of Meta still on bulltrend is right and it only went through a correction to hit 50ma on weekly chart before going up for a new leg.
