Latest reports are showing that Fed’s tightening policy is working as (1) jobless claims came in higher than expected, indicating that job market is cooling, (2) PPI data came in lower than expected (actual 2.7% vs 3% est) aka inflation is falling
All said, inflation will become very sticky at one point.
