$Tharimmune (THAR.US)$ the article I read was the company was selling 10 million warrants. A warrant is an option to purchase common stock at a certain price by a date. Its not considered a stock until the warrants are redeemed.
Some warrants are never cashed in due to the stock not reaching the certain price point to redeem them. it's like free capital to continue what you're doing without the risk of diluting the shares.

Andrew Stanleick the CEO of the company has stepped down and has handed over it over to the directors of the company. His 10 million plus salary will be off the books. Company has a strong customer base and with new leadership could possibly double from where it's at in the next year. I took position at $2:30 I believe it's a good price for a company with this track record. Good luck 👍

His salary is posted at 5.3 million as an independent advisor? How much can he bring to the plate if he draws a salary at this amount?
love the stock just have to keep track of the company decision.

Stock is near 52 week low. large block purchases are being made on this dip still might have room to be lower. going to take position on the stock due to revenue and brand name. if there is any kind of recession in the near future the stock will be back up to its high due to individuals looking for the best options to pay for their prescriptions.

great buying opportunity. the company has several other trials in different phases. the company has 300 million cash. I rather them cancel the trial phrase then to put good money towards bad.

always looking for new companies to invest. I always check to see what the top executives are making and what type of revenue they bring in. there's no way that these companies executives should be making several million dollars each while the stock is suffering. good luck
