In the second half of last year, total revenue increased by 21.3% year-on-year to 0.640.5 million yuan, while net real estate revenue increased by 22.4% year-on-year to 0.475.16 million yuan, mainly driven by the contribution of real estate acquired last year. Income distribution in the second half increased by 15.9% year-on-year to 0.318.98 million yuan.
For the whole year last year, the total revenue of Tengfei Rui Capital increased by 16.9% to 1.220 million yuan, mainly driven by contributions from newly acquired real estate and development projects completed in the past two years.
As a result, the net real estate income for the whole year increased by 18.6% to 0.920.75 million yuan, while distributable income increased by 17% to 0.629.98 million yuan. Dividends per unit for the whole year were 15.258 cents, 3.9% higher than the previous year's 14.688 cents.

Somehow someone up there must have requested shortists to deliberately short and bring down the price so buyers who bought at $2.43 and above will not be able to exit for the last few weeks after XD. It’s no wonder they drag the dividend payment date to 10 Jan 2022. The price is now back at 2.42. Let’s see how Singtel will play it’s game for the next few days.
