$ParkwayLife Reit (C2PU.SG)$ I think this stock has a great potential. Firstly interest rates is coming down which is good for reits. Secondly, it is in a good industry which is healthcare and Singapore is having aging population. Thirdly, it is a defensive stock and would not be affected by tariff, war and supply chain problem. When Singapore stock market rise, it will follow and would not be much affected during volatile market. This is just my humble opinion.
