RescuePetsRock : i have never under the Tesla PE.and that's why I have only traded and not held it. I have made money trading Tesla BUT i could have made much more if i had held, i just could not justify what we're at times among highest PE of any company. and car companies tend to have lower PE as they are low margin industries. i don't dislike Tesla as a company but i still fail to see how it deserves a PE significantly higher than any other car company.

RescuePetsRock : i agree it is a great company. and musk achieved things most CEOs can't like building factories in weeks in China, negotiating building or doing ANYTHING in California - having lived there - is an achievement, and he does that too. excellent product but i have felt the company is grossly overvalued since about 2017, the market has disagreed but i just have not felt comfortable holding for any length of time given the valuations.

RescuePetsRock : that's my same feeling on the trio of AMC/BBBY/GME i can see cases for all of those but the fly up in valuation due to meme activity makes them all uninvestable if at times tradable

RescuePetsRock : this company under Farley is so good i just don't have words. the cars, the electric plans,.it's just endless wonderful stuff. bronco is stunning and all at great prices with uncomplicated designs you can work on yourself and solid quality. i own Ford products and LOVE them.

RescuePetsRock OP : my sense is stock will go up after split, this is what happened for $tsla in 2018 or so, and $NVDA.  I am down a bit as I bought after they announced and it went down a bit and thought was good deal, then went down some more. Down about 3% and then i see this selling. ugh.  But this is a very good stock so I am trying to be the diamond hand.

RescuePetsRock : Seems like lovely person and very bright, but for whatever reason she seems to have a reverse midas touch - whatever she touches rather than turning to gold turns to poo. Sort of like with trump, it doesn't have to make sense but (like him or hate him) anything he touches seems to go up in value, and anything she touches seems to go down. TSLA seems to be at a very good PE, great thoughts with robots which will have wider demand than cars for factories and probably higher margin (profit) than a car but again, I see Wood is buying and i'm like...ugh....don't know why but it seems to be for now.
