Ugh…. This dilution FUD campaign annoys me.
A clear attempt to besmirch AMC leadership by painting a picture of they have wronged you by selling shares into the market.
….completely ignoring it
A) saved the company
B) raised AMC’s price, as people bought up the shares
C) raised capital
D) provided the ability to renegotiate debt obligations and maturities
..and more

Okay guys.... hear me out here.... TSLA just did their stock split during PM today, and look at their % on the day it's reflective of the new price. Yet, when AMC did this, we were at -30+% and the media narrative was that we 'tanked' because Cineworld is filing for bankruptcy. If this doesn't give you conviction that GME and AMC can do the same thing as other blue chip stocks can, yet we're targeted in a diff...
