guys from 2 day the stock for the company was 800 million share and in the announcement yesterday they said they issued just 70 million for the money they borrow and couldn’t paid back but now i see that we have 1.4 billion share which mean they issue almost new 600 million share
any body know anything about that ????

$SoundHound AI (SOUN.US)$  I sold all my shares at 2.33 post market yesterday before closing. I gotta admit seems to be a pattern. Buy at $1.95 sell at 2.30 ish until the news says different and the news yesterday was about the same as last quarter..
