Just arrived at the entrance of the bank, I was warmly greeted by a staff member, who registered me and issued a waiting number. Due to the large number of people waiting, the staff suggested that I take a walk nearby and come back two hours later. I followed the advice and returned on time. After waiting for only 10 minutes, I saw a staff member holding a box of mineral water and distributing it to every customer in the lobby one by one. When she handed the mineral water to me, I took it with both hands and sincerely thanked her for her thoughtfulness.
It was the first time I drank water brought by staff in the bank. At this moment, I felt the warmth and care as if visiting relatives and friends. Although the mineral water was tasteless, drinking it warmed my heart. In this digital age, encountering bank staff so full of human touch is truly rare. With meticulous service, Banks has won my appreciation.
