$Mullen Automotive (MULN.US)$ if they go to otc they don't need to worry about the stock price so there is no point in doing a reverse split in December. This means they are either confident about getting the extension or they want to show the nasdaq they have a way to get over 1 dollar to increase their chances. either way considering how close the vote was last time, if no manipulation happens again, I'm sure it will get voted down.
