With options, the gain is umlimited but you may loss all of the money;
With options, you set up the limit for gain but also also set up the baseline for the maximum loss.
As to option trading, it’s up to each person’s vision and prediction accuracy. Pay attention on what is (and will happen) in the market.

Compare the holding portfolio with sp500, nasdaq100, etc.
