Guys, that’s just Hudson Bay selling off shares because (According to Mysterious MM, if a buyout happens, Hudson Bay can’t carryover shares to the new company so their shares will become worthless, which is why they sell it even though they know there’s a buyout instead of going for a higher price). sincere Iguana_1981 : Great that you took the time to share this. Buyout is 100% happening that is the only news people can can’t on. With the moves made in a massive amount of sudden SEC filings starting on the 1st and the valuation of Kandy going into 2025 $4 is not even close to what they’ll receive. That is also why 100% buyout is happening. When a company as valuable to some of the largest tech companies in the world as far as integrating businesses into the cloud and is being run into the ground by the shorts? Tsk tsk to all you impatient and inexperienced investors letting the greedy use their money and power through shorting and media to scare you into thinking this company is worth nothing and that the hedgies dont do everything they can to push out retail investors in this situation every time. They know what they’re doing and they smell your fear because although greedy, it’s brilliant. Buy and hold buy and hold until they can’t borrow anymore. Buyout is eminent. A fourth grader wouldn’t understand this but you investors certainly should. Buy the fear, sell the news. That never changes.
