At the end of last month, the day this event was announced was clearly when the Short Sellers began to retreat, which will have a strong positive impact on the stock price.
The main factor supporting this is the proof of normalization of the financial structure and the possibility of announcing the contract for the 0.4 billion dollar Southeast Asia Mainland Education program.
If the majority's hopes are realized and the contracts are secured, the stock price will likely exceed 30 dollars again and aim for 50 dollars.
