How I wish I can buy one of Saylor's convertible equity even at 0% interest . Priced forward at $672 due in 2029, this is a no lose deal. Mstr offers to buy back in cash if the conversion price is not reached. On the other hand, if the price is well in the money, say $1000 share price or more in 2029 , the holder just need to short the top price knowing he will buy back at 672. It's like knowing the exam answers before you see the paper. Lol. And holder can keep repeatin...

stock sniperr : Actually the mnav premium has only marginally increased. At start November it was operating at 2.7 to 3x. But recent btc purchases by Saylor has meant the btc yield % improving. At the moment, it's performing at 3.7x mnav. As more btc purchases come along in the near future, I expect mnav to be around 5 to 6x bitcoin price.
