The U.S. government sold 1,000 "Gold Cards" this past week, generating $5 billion in revenue. Each card, priced at $5 million, grants permanent residency and other benefits to wealthy foreign investors
President Trump said that they are looking to buy Bitcoin but they wanted not to add to the deficit.
Selling gold cards does not add to the deficit that's $5 billion dollars that could be bought in Bitcoin
