Auditor exited days before ER

$Super Micro Computer (SMCI.US)$ spell a very bad news. Either the company going to delay reporting again or the earning will be bad.
Just google and see the similar situation in 2018 on why it was delisted.

$Super Micro Computer (SMCI.US)$ in a span of 1 month, 2 stock split was done . in my 3 years of trading, i havent seen a company get delisted before. would love to know what would really happen to the short monies & option monies. (just for knowledge sake).
