I opened moomoo app to trade in US margin account. It didn’t had USD $. So first I have been asked to convert money to USD from my SG margin account (As i wanted to trade on cash money, not on margin). The process of currency conversion failed twice because of unknown reasons. Also, time for currency conversion is 1 hour plus from time of request.
I wonder why moomoo has this type of workflow? Being a trading platform, it should make process straightforward not complicated. In my case, it should have given me an option to auto convert SGD from sg margin account to USD in us margin account and let me place trade.
The existing workflow is really slow and let me miss market opportunities....
