I'm long call options, generally and not all the time (sometimes Monday pre-market sets the pace for the whole week 3-5% gains before the bell) but Monday is a good time FOR ME to scope a trade out as the stigma attached what I've read online reflects as much.... but any day can be a good one to trade. I'm always on a chart. mon-fri lol.
