The relative strength index (RSI) is a momentum oscillator that measures the speed and change of price movements. It oscillates between 0 and 100. RSI is considered overbought when above 70 and oversold when below 30. Signals can also be generated by looking for divergences and failure swings. 200-day RSI can also be used to identify the general trend.

RSI Should always goes in pair with MACD as it shows how the qty of seller or buyer remain before the stock bounce back or Bounce down.
DCA knowing the cost is going down is also a nice technique before it reach the bottom then skyrocket up till less buy before it drop again this is the time you sell or sell few to lower your position and keep the lower portion purchase at the top ;)
making money and lowering your position RSI is a nice way to use it.

RSI indicator operation exercises $Advanced Micro Devices (AMD.US)$ (I used both MACD and BB): You can find RSI, MACD, and BB, which almost all gave the same answer at the same time.
1. When the RSI is above 70, it indicates that the stock is overbought, and there is a high possibility that the price will fall.
The red circle on the chart below is when the RSI indicator is around 70, and the MACD enters a dead cross, and the stock price is at a high BB level. It is very likely that the stock will fall at this point. In fact, the red circle shows that the stock price is falling.
2. When the RSI falls below 30, it indicates that there may be fewer sellers left in the market, and this move may be over. The price then reversed and picked up.
Observe the green circle in the chart below. When the RSI is as low as 30, it indicates that the stock price is likely to rise. At the same time, the MACD enters a gold cross, and the stock price is at the bottom of BB. You can see that the stock price is rising at this point. However, it is worth noting that the MACD is still below the 0 axis, so the stock price may rise now, but this is not the time to buy.
The trend of some technical indicators may be slow, and we can analyze several technical indicators at the same time.

RSI stands for relative strength index. With RSI, you can better evaluate whether a stock is in the overbought/oversold zone.
This time round, not going into the math & who the h3ll is the inventor . U just need to know how to use it, that's all . It's so simple to use with all the calculations already done by the Moomoo app.

RSI is a great indicator as it can show moments of oversold and overbought conditions. When RSI value is at or above 70 it is in overbought territory. Conversely, when RSI value is at or below 30 it is oversold. These areas can indicate a reversal in price action in the near future.
You can see many instances where overbought and oversold conditions lead to a short-term reversal in the price action. It is not always spot on, but RSI can be useful in these instances.

$Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy, S.A. (GCTAF.US)$
even this stock has shown 2 golden crosses, MACD and RSI, but it is still in the downtrend. Not going to buy a stock like it, just wait and see how it goes.
$LGI Homes (LGIH.US)$
This one is worth a shot but it's still too early to tell. wait for the next optimal timing to enter.
