The sell off in the stock market intensified last week. Trillion of dollars were wiped out due to fears of a global recession.
Even Russell 2000 that tracks the small cap stocks was down 7% last week - so much for market rotation.
Many are wondering if the widespread sell off will continue for the rest of August, and if recession is indeed coming.

A review of ticker symbol $Li Auto (LI.US)$ shows the ticker may be about to break out by the due date of 3/28. if it comes down, keep your eye on the $29.90 level for bounce that leads to break of the green trend line. Ultimately the green trend breaking is what we want.

I agree with this Barrons article. The market is absolutely overdue for a correction. This melt-up is getting a bit ridiculous. The market just keeps climbing.
That being said, don't sell the rally just yet. Things can stay overbought for a long time. And this rally has been showing no signs of slowing down just yet. Often the biggest moves happen towards the end of a rally.
