(2) since it does not distribute dividends which attracts tax, investors tend to keep it for a long long time
(3) it keeps alot of cash to be ready if the anticipated stock maket crashes
(4) it buys back alot of its share, so when he passes, it can stablise its share

Last night went for a Valentine dinner at a good  restaurant, we could only get a table at 3:30pm, other time slots were fully booked!  The Americans soending power will amaze you.  That explains why US economy always recovers quickly.
