In short, playing it safe is to keep cash, wait and see.
Risk taker to buy now, since many counter is so cheap now, then wait for recover to earn big

For this Crescendo, excessive dumping seems mellow down a tiny bit for now, but not sure what is the good price to go in even if the indicators like PE PB and whatever shows a massive discount, but it is undeniably now is bearish.
if u interested and confident in the outlook, just split your funds and buy some at different levels, some sort of dollar cost averaging technique.
It highly depend on you are bearish or bullish market player, bears buys when downtrend, comes with higher risk but higher profit, bulls hitch hike the uptrend, seems safer but profit maybe lesser, above is just an overly simplified description that not everyone can agree with.
