This stock had a good run, bought last year while it was till 3.5, reason being it's the only proxy left for p2 after Umw MGO, unless u want to buy $SIME (4197.MY)$, which it's more of a conglomerate, and market treats it with discount, and fy23 was a record year for them, for fy24, I doubt their earnings can beat fy23 numbers, might exceed expectation but not much further increase in earnings, their 9mfy24 number is lower than fy22 yet they paid more dividends than fy22...

When people start posting their gains and saying it can go higher, that's when u know it's at or near the peak
I dunno why it rallied so much, unless market is trying to price in fy26 and fy27 earnings?
Also when IBs upgrade their target price, issue call warrants or u see people taking on margin to buy a stock, that's also what we called 'peak behaviour'

1. Not oversubscribed by huge amount only 3x, which is the worst one ytd compared to other ipos
2. Word on the street is that most fund manager think it's too exp in terms of valuation
