when you enter into an options contract nibble on the way in, meaning whatever price you are willing to pay, bid at a 10% discount
The same is true when you were selling your contract/s, nibble, ask for 10% more than what you were actually going to ask for. It works, give it a try, be a more efficient trader.
as traders, we always try to call the bottom or the top when entering into a position, I generally misss on entry by 12% so the nipple works extreme...
