Hardest thing for me to do is find a balance…. When I’m trading well, I tend to over trade, which for me is a profit killer. When I’m struggling, I second-guess myself, and at times end up chasing, which is a profit killer. F.ck I do the same thing when I’ve been gone working out after not working out for quite some time.
