The apparent short squeeze that began last week in $Longeveron (LGVN.US)$ is continuing on Wednesdays as the share price has been up 122%.
Among speculative biotech stocks, Longeveron continues to outperform the market by a wide margin. Trading at only $3 per share a week ago, shares of LGVN stock has skyrocketed to more than $40 per share.
Some investors relate the upward trend with the FDA approval of their Lomacel-B drug for a Rare Pediatric Disease. But is that the main reason?

Longeveron has a drug that treats a rare pediatric illness and its on the path to FDA approval. That's exciting, but something else cght my attention today: The Float. Take a look at the image below.
The float available is incredibly low. There's also an interesting 6% short bet against the stock. This is particularly interesting because there are 3 ingredients to a shortsqueeze: Low Float, Short Interest, and Buy-side Catalyst. From what I can see, there are 2 out of 3 already in place. Once the catalyst hits...

PM Jason: You know before we presented this function with the UI design shown above, there were all kinds of displays for the same feature in the market. The interesting thing is, after we did it this way, all market players followed us, and now their Apps for the function basically look the same as ours. LOL.
