In related news, micron is down 3.2% on this beat with 2nd highest revenue in a quarter EVER. $Advanced Micro Devices (AMD.US)$ is also up nicely on micron news, now extending its gap (has outperformed micron by $54 in 5 months, 75% of micron market cap). Micron states it currently has $6b earmarked for buyback, and that it bought $1.1b on share weakness last Q.

$NVIDIA (NVDA.US)$ Nvda is probably the only company who is selling ai n simulation platform for physics simulation, medical and other scientific fields and this is just the beginning. Although gaming is their biggest source of revenue, it doesn’t mean they don’t have potential to grow in all these less popular fields. But the reason it went up today is because some analyst raised the target on Friday and it got shadowed because of omicron.
