$LumiraDx (LMDXF.US)$ Lumiradx changing name to LKM INNOVATIONS and restructuring their finances? 🤔🤔🤔 ultimately Roche $ROCHE HOLDING AG (RHHBY.US)$ is in control but they still owe us 1.1B worse case scenario. I think this is what the dealio was with the shares transferring over. Let's hope Roche is on our side. I don't think they'd issue out their own directors and put this much effort in just to screw us holding shares. @BadPaint

someone send FTI an email asking about the 1.1 billion debt Roche owes shareholders, they won't respond because they think we don't know about the subscription transfer of 1002 shares that each share was worth approximately $10,000 each

$LumiraDx (LMDXF.US)$ I think Petoss is on to something on ST. The Columbian Subsidiary is left unchecked and according to emails some folks got from E-Trade apparently 2 parties are involved here....I'm thinking RonZ is the other for ElectraDX. Plausible that Columbia will be used for that company.
I just wish the nonsense would stop.
