November was off to a good start so far. Treasury yields have fallen / stabilised a little bit, which is a good catalyst for the stock market. Powell paused his rate hike campaign and sounded a little dovish (personal opinion).
Technical wise, SPY had reclaimed key levels - that’s a good sign. As long as it doesn’t lose those levels, we could be in for a good November

TLDR: Knowing how time decay works, the rule of thumb that I used for choosing an option's expiration date is: 1. If I'm selling an option, I choose an expiration date that is around 30 days. 2. If I'm a buyer of an option, I choose an expiration date that is more than 1 year.

The breakout to the upside of this candlestick wedge formation looks bullish for the mid-term picture.
