when at 0.4 = it's already 400% it will drop, I shouldn't buy.
when at 0.5 = oh, wow, but it's 500% now, I shouldnt buy since it's so high.
when at 0.6 = huh? why isn't it falling?
at 0.7 = oh wow, still rising! I'm gonna wait for it to get to 0.5 and lower first.
