Q1 Monthly Earnings Breakdown 👇
Overall yield curve 👇
First quarter deal win rate and top 5 winners 👇
SMCI is a two-trade transaction. The main position size during the cycling phase is 12-13%, and there are currently no positions.
NVDA is a single transaction. The size of positions in the main cycling phase is 11-12%, and there are currently no positions.
KOLD is a single transaction. The position size during the main cycling phase is about 3%, and there are currently no positions.
CVNA is a single transaction. The main cycling stage position is about 3%, and currently holds the remaining 1/3 of the position.
META is a single transaction. The main cycling stage positions: 8-9%, currently holding 3/4 of the remaining positions.
*It is worth noting that KOLD and CVNA both received large returns with small positions of about 3%, showing the impact of huge psychological advantages on trading. Similar returns on low-risk transactions are of profound significance to account growth ❤️
Despite more or less making some trading mistakes in the first quarter, the account still had a good positive growth due to the trading system and psychological aspects and the advantage of avoiding noise.
System advantages:
Probability of winning trades X average return of winning trades > probability of losing trades X average loss of failed trades.
Only the 4 variables “average loss of a failed transaction” are the most controllable and are the foundation of a successful trading system;
Psychological advantages:
The impact on the “average return on a winning transaction” is most important. Most of the details are profit protection for advantageous transactions already obtained and safer riding for a longer period of time...

Due to the confluence of high inflation and rising interest rates, the REIT sector suffered horribly last year, falling by 12% year over year. Fortunately, the outlook for the asset class is not entirely bleak.![]()
In addition, not all REITs are responding the same way to industry pressures. Despite the difficulties, there are several REITs that have continued to report greater distribution per unit (DPU).
Here are four S-REITs that increased their DPU in January...

If you're in high growth (AKA: names such as ZM $Zoom Video Communications(ZM.US$ , DKNG $DraftKings(DKNG.US$ , SOFI $SoFi Technologies(SOFI.US$ , etc), this was not done the easy way. The easy way would've been for everything to get wiped out in mid-February-March and be done with it, instead, parts of tech stayed relatively strong or at least wasn't hit as hard, and the Nasdaq was able to rebound.
It's led to the process of finding the bottom being dragged out here. Until one of the following happens:
The Nasdaq sells off and these stocks show relative strength.
A harder correction at the surface by the Nasdaq.
It's still going on.
And many names may not rebound (does ZM ever trade $440 again?).![]()

2021 is another year of violent volatility in the stocks markets globally just like 2020. All of us should therefore brace ourselves for a lot more in 2022 if this trend persists. China-theme Stocks are still relatively weak but I expect them to perform better in 2022 alongside US Stocks I wanted to provide some helpful technical charts, but the best chart by far(at least to me) is a chart of psychology, persuasion and perspective combined into one here:

I just start this investment journey mid of this year. Throughout these months, I see , study, follow and learnt a lot of knowledge on investment, and I know there is still a long long way to go. As I want to be a long term investor, I invested in those well-known company like $Meta Platforms(FB.US$ and $Apple(AAPL.US$ bit by bit, within my capability. I also hold $Vanguard S&P 500 ETF(VOO.US$ to manage the risk. For a beginner, I not dare to look for fast money through stock market. I would like "time" to be my friend and help to grow my wealth steadily. Looking forward to 2022 and I know there will also be a chance no matter how the market perform, just whether we can grab it or not, or we have the patience to endure it or not. Cheers![]()
