Because there are 2 strong resistance which is the fibo extension at 23.6 and also the upper band of ichimoku cloud. with these 2 resistance combined, it is quite hard to break.
Lets see whether there are really big whale volume entering to break it out. Once breakout, it will fly to 1.25 before reach 1.38. Cheers & Chill... it will be breakout soon.
