$SPSETIA (8664.MY)$ The substantial increased profit seem to come from land sale to offset battersea losses, it may not be a consistent growth since land sales is one time profit. It's kinda concerning that the battle sea losses will continue... It could seem result fabricated attempting to mask out the losses. Do hope someone could add more insight.
[updated] After looking closer, Battersea loss is 43 million. Whether that's acceptable, hope to hear more from the community.
