What is your dividend portfolio?

I bought $格拉德斯通投资 (GAIN.US)$ a few months ago, without even knowing what it is. And I got a 15% gain for now! It made me to think about changing my strategy on the dividend stocks or ETFs.

I found an article about it in seeking alpha, it recommended

but I know nothing about what a good portfolio is, so can anyone share some experience about how to choose the dividend portfolio?
