$Arbutus Biopharma (ABUS.US)$ won a lawsuit over a patent (pertaining to covid 19 vaccine. The patent is essential so if $Moderna (MRNA.US)$ wants to "lead the charge" they have a big speed bump here. With that said, would be nothing for MRNA to buy out ABUS, especially before shares run up.

OstranderRyan : Already have an open call option until January for $$Moderna Inc ()$, might look into $$Arbutus Biopharma Corp ()$ as well but I think moderna is going to skyrocket within the next couple months
