Singapore stocks opened higher on Monday, tracking gains on Wall Street. $富时新加坡海峡指数 (.STI.SG)$was up 0.1 per cent or 2.83 points to 3,131.78 as at 9.01am.
Gainers outnumbered losers 93 to 40, with 41.3 million securities worth S$23.0 million changing hands.
The most active counter by volume was Sembcorp Marine, with 5.8 million shares worth S$720,000 traded as at 9.01am. Its shares were flat at 12.5 Singapore cents.

Stockholm-based private equity firm EQT is acquiring Cypress Creek Renewables of Santa Monica, California, from Temasek and HPS Investment Partners LLC for an undisclosed price.
Cypress Creek Renewables offers services across utility-scale and distributed solar and storage across 25 states in the US and has approximately 300 employees, EQT said in a statement. The transaction is subject to customary conditions and approvals and is expected to close in the second half of 2021, it said.
Stocks to watch
$凯德印度信托 (CY6U.SG)$: Its trustee-manager on Mondayannounced it will commit an investment of 12 billion rupees (S$216.6 million)to develop and operate the first out of two buildings planned for Ascendas India Trust's upcoming data centre campus in India. Acquisition of the site is expected to complete by Q3 of 2021, and completion of the first building is scheduled for Q2 of 2024. Units of Ascendas India Trust closed Friday S$0.03 or 2.1 per cent higher at S$1.44.
$大华银行 (U11.SG)$: The bank hasrestored access to its UOB Mighty and personal Internet banking servicesafter they were disrupted on Sunday morning. It said that its systems remain secure, and clarified that its automatic teller machines were not affected. Shares of UOB ended 0.4 per cent or S$0.09 higher at S$25.85 on Friday.
$力宝印尼零售信托 (D5IU.SG)$: The manager of the trust announced last Friday that it would temporarily close 16 malls and six retail spaces in Java and Balidue to rising Covid-19 cases and anticipated emergency restrictions on public activity. In its announcement, the manager said that the closures would last from July 3 to July 20, with only essential services allowed to remain open. Units of LMIRT closed flat at 6.3 Singapore cents on Friday, before the announcement.
$创新科技 (C76.SG)$: The consumer electronics firm said on Friday it . Revenue is estimated at around US$36 million for the second half of the financial year ended June 30, 2021, an increase from US$30 million in the corresponding period of the previous year, but a decrease compared to US$47 million in the first half of FY2021. Shares of Creative closed 2.3 per cent or S$0.06 higher at S$2.70 on Friday, before the announcement.
$营养屋国际 (AZT.SG)$: The technology provider's chief executive officer, Cheng Meng, told The Business Times on Monday that the firm wants toseize on China's demand for durians, and eventually create an international platform where fresh produce can be sold and traded. Shares of NutryFarm closed 3.3 per cent or 1.5 Singapore cents lower at 43.5 cents on Friday.
Trading halt: $图腾科技 (42F.SG)$on Monday requested a trading halt pending the release of an announcement. Shares of Yinda closed at 29.5 Singapore cents on Friday, up 0.5 cent or 1.7 per cent.
