Binance says in a tweet that users from Hong Kong cannot open new futures accounts on the exchange.
With effect from a date to be announced in a later notice, users from Hong Kong will have a 90 days’ grace period to close their open positions.
币安通知，即日起，香港用户将无法在币安开设新的期货账户。
币安是首个“主动采取这一行动”的大型加密货币交易所；香港用户将有90天的宽限期来平仓，且在宽限期内无法开设新仓位。
