Does anyone like Ford $F or US Steel $X

Both of them are near multi year lows, both have average estimates well above current prices, both have extremely low PE's. I realize the headwinds with raw material prices, fuel prices, etc, but both seem to be established, top tier producers in their fields. $福特汽车 (F.US)$ $美国钢铁 (X.US)$
